We've launched a direct file upload system using Dropbox for an efficient and convenient way of processing individual returns. 
While we strongly encourage clients to utilise this service, we understand that some clients prefer to meet with us in order to prepare their income tax returns. 
Please find below more details about the documents required for each tax service and decide what is best suited to you.

What documents should you upload / bring along?

Individual Tax Returns

(Including Trust, Companies, Partnership & Sole Traders)


PAYG Payment summaries (formerly known as Group Certificates)
Employment Termination Payment Summaries
Pensions & Superannuation Payment summaries
Interest earned
Dividend statements
Private Health statement
Rental income & expense details
Capital Gain/Loss details e.g. Share & property sales/purchases
Managed Fund Tax Statements
Trust Distribution statements
Partnership income & expense details
Business income & expense details
Foreign income
Any Other income


Work related travel expenses / Accomodation / Meals
Motor Vehicle expenses and log book details or work kms travelled
Dry-cleaning or laundry costs associated with protective clothing/uniforms
Replacement of protective clothing/uniforms
Self-Education costs (not HECS or HELP fees)
Union fees
Other work related expenses including home office, computers, mobiles etc. Also include % of work use.
Investment expenses including borrowing costs, interest on loans, investment advice fees
Accounting fees & travel expenses associated with preparation of your tax return
